Motion Raceworks V2 LS Flex Line Coolant Crossover Steam Kit for Low Pro Plastic Intakes 10-10006
Motion Raceworks all new V2 Flex Line steam kit is the solution to your LS1 coolant crossover/steam kit issues facing stock and aftermarket low profile plastic intake manifolds.
Many aftermarket intakes and some stock intakes do not have clearance under the intake to run a proper steam kit coolant crossover setup. We have proven this kit for the Fast 92, LS6, LS1, LS2, LS3. We will NOT return this kit if you order for another intake and it does not fit. There are too many variations. This kit is 100% made in the USA and designed by Motion Raceworks. Parts are machined from 6061 aircraft aluminum. Also utilizes top quality Fragola lines. This kit allows you to have a high flow 4 CORNER coolant crossover with a common manifold. This kit will work with stock LS1, LS2, LS3, LS6, LS intakes and other variations of LS engines. Do not risk premature engine failure due to blocking off rear coolant crossover/steam ports. These kits are recommended by nearly all aftermarket engine builders! (Fast 92 intake pictured).
Note: This kit comes with a -4AN male fitting to return coolant back to your RADIATOR. No line is included as routing and length varies depending on application. We always suggest running the coolant crossover return line to a fitting just below the radiator cap. This allows the pressure and air to be sent to an area just below the radiator cap, allowing the radiator cap to release pressure as intended thereby removing the steam/pressure from the system. Plumbing to the water pump risks reintroducing steam/air pressure back into the system.
This kit will work with stock LS intakes (not a truck intake). This kit also works with Fast 92 Intakes, as well as a variety of others. DOES NOT FIT THE FAST 102 intake.
Kit includes the following:
(4) Corner manifolds w/ AN fittings
(1) 5-Port Common Manifold
(1) Mounting Bracket
(4) Black coated Fragola lines
All necessary hardware
* Note: No radiator return line included. 4AN line/fittings are available using the links below. *
* Note: This kit was designed with use for aftermarket fuel rails, but the bracket can be modified to accommodate stock fuel rails. *

Perfect Fitment. Made it work with my mild application. No instructions in package but very straight forward looking at it. And a bonus sucker that came with it.
Well put together kit and the lines are all very heavy duty. Be sure to be smart and use the good blue thread tape and not cheapy stuff. Motion should start putting a small/tiny roll in these kits for people to ensure quality installation. A little better instructions for the different types of straight fittings in the pack would be nice as well but it doesn't really matter in the end, just clarifies intent for them. Also... You should give the option for the 5th hose length without the weld bung and have a barbed fitting end option for those who don't need the bung. Overall, best kit I've seen.
Had to do some slight modifications to the mount, but definitely a nice kit! The intake I have didn't allow the mount to bolt up as is. Definitely advise using for any build that's not stock. Cant see it very well due to the windshield over half the motor. 1995 camaro rs 3.4l with an aluminum 5.3l ls swap, 14:5 compression. Definitely worth the money!
Once I got it installed, it was great. The problem was there were no instructions on where to use the 45deg fitting on the ports. After some trial and error, I found to use it on the passenger front to keep access to the intake port.
I initially called in as I had questions regarding the additional line and fittings to the radiator. Spoke to an awesome guy named Spencer, he helped me out so I placed the order.
Installing was easy, I suggest installing the pass lines to the common block and then mounting to the manifold, tighten and install drivers side. Seems to be good quality, engine is not in car yet. Great customer service!
Very much a pain in the butt to install. This was exacerbated by the lack of any form of written instructions. It was a trial by error in which I had to remove and replace and reinstall multiple fittings multiple times. Getting the right order of operation down while installing the bracket onto the LS3 intake was a multi-step process. Having some form of written instructions would have been a welcome improvement. The tech support was very friendly and courteous that walked me through the install to the best of their ability. In this particular round of modifications that included a camshaft swap, new roller rockers, water pump, power steering pump. Installing this steam kit was by far the most pain in the butt. Hope it's worth the effort, I shall know shortly.
Slight modification to the mounting bracket due to my chunky aftermarket fuel rails and everything lined up sweet. Ready for me to plumb it into the Holley front accessory kit
Works well. I used it with a LS6 intake. The block was tight so I had to bend its mounting bracket some to clear the stock fuel rail. Not a big deal, I’ll be getting the billet fuel rails from Motion soon anyway
By God this American made product released so many bald eagles from our engine bay the heavens opened and our lord and savior Jesus Christ smiled upon us.
I like it …only gripe is that it had no instructions…the QR code on the package led to just a page of other links none which had the instructions …quality looks great…I like that it’s black and that it’s flexible
Product is quality, install was straight forward, and it was what I needed for my application. When I ordered the product it was out of stock. Great communication from them of when it was back it stock (maybe 3 days), when it shipped, all the way up to delivery. Not one "negative" during the whole process.
Kit is great, overall. I ordered a 36" return line and assumed I needed another AN fitting for one end, as I didn't realize the kit had a weld-in bung with it. So I wasted $12 on a fitting I don't need. It would be nice if this was clear on the website. Overall very happy with this kit.
Seems like a really good quality kit. I would order from them again. I gave it a four instead of a five only because it's a little pricey and because the directions are not real good.
Great product and figment. Surprised that with a $300 kit it doesn’t come with the steam port seals ($10). Little frustrating when I went to install just to have to run down to the local auto parts and get them.
