This steering wheel quick disconnect was extremely easy to install. I already had the Grant adapter installed so all I had to do was take the old steering wheel spacer off and install the quick disconnect. It only took about thirty minutes and I was done. I also liked that the horn delete was made of aluminum and not just a cheap plastic piece.

Pretty disappointed with this product to be honest. For the money I was spending I was expecting something with tighter tolerances. The material it’s made out of seems live very nice material but when the steering wheel is installed the adapter has play at the connection.

I’ve gotten tired of my splined Grant quick release always seeming to be off a few degrees when the wheels are straight. The motion race works adapter is much nicer. The install is dead simple and looks great. The entire process took just shy of an hour start to finish. Everything you need is in the package including the hardware to bolt the quick disconnect up to the grant steering wheel adapter (purchased separately) and the horn delete medallion really stands out when paired with your favorite MPI steering wheel.

Bolts up to the Buick sport wheel but the wheel back is not flat.So make a spacer or Mill out the bracket. Looks killer and fits well!!

This was definately a part i was waiting for someone to come up with! I wanted to keep the stock steering column and all its functions (because streetcar) and have the ability to take the steering wheel off. Excellent fit and finish! wasnt technically made for my car but with some minor modification i was able to make it work on my 81 foxbody.

This fits tight with no slop. Very well crafted. I did have to make a spacer for between the male hub to sit flush over my factory spline shaft. Easily done. Motion Raceworks is a great company. I will continue to buy all the parts I need from them.

I have a fast ratio steering box and I had to clock my grant adopter off center so my turn signal cam worked in both directions. I wasn't sure if the quick disconnect would be able to mount the wheel on center with this restriction... however the wheel centers up perfect. I also appreciate the box didn't scream "car parts"... sometimes my wife flips her lid when I get another car box in the mail.
