Motion Raceworks SBF Diaper for Dual Sump for Moroso 20534 / 20520 and similar Oil Pans

As the most popular oil pan for the SBF platform, we wanted to make a diaper that covers all of the bases for our customers.  Our LS and Mod Motor Diapers have been a huge hit in the past so we took the ingredients and designed something for this platform.  

This Diaper Comes with everything needed for installation. 

Features include:

  • Quick Disconnect Vertical Straps for easy Oil Change/Service
  • High Quality Stainless Steel brackets to attach to heads/header flange
  • Standard Kevlar Strapping in high heat areas to resist melting
  • Horizontal bottom strapping to pull any excess slack from critical areas
  • Quick Disconnect Motor Mount straps to allow installation/removal in car with motor mounts w/ Kevlar strapping as it is near exhaust
  • Optimized Header Brackets to allow for spark plug / boot clearance. 
  • Sides are designed to allow for routing of oil lines (loose until tensioning straps)
  • Ballistic Nylon Main Body
  • Replaceable Absorbable insert
  • Cutout for Oil Filter

Using a Kevko F405 pan. Fit pretty good! Fairly easy to install. Wished I had kevlar straps. Already burned end of one strap. This is my first time using a diaper on any application. Installing with engine in the car required 3M spray adhesive to hold padding in place as you maneuver over steering rack. Overall, it a good choice and provides peace of mine in the event of engine failure.

I previously had a diaper on my 408 Windsor in my 1983 Capri drag ca. it did not fit well, and required modification to allow me to fit the diaper around the oil filter! I was not a happy camper, and finally took it off and trashed it! I am impressed with your workmanship and engineering! I am 75 years old and I have car in garage now to install it! Thanks so much! $ well spent!
