Motion billet valve covers are designed to perform and look incredible at the exact same time. These are machined from 6061 US made aluminum in house in Dewitt, IA. Retaining factory gasket design these covers seal better than any aftermarket cover on the market. With a factory style internal drip rail ledge on the lower portion of the valve cover, these will not shift and move when tightening down and resist dripping oil on exhaust when removing much like a factory cover. A high flow internal baffling creates a usable PCV system that outperforms factory and does a great job to keep oil out of the catch can at the same time. Finally, modular coil mounting holes on the top rail of the valve cover allow you to retain good looks without coils or gives the ability to add modular coil mounting options at any time with three options of coils listed below.

Coil-Packs
A variety of factors go into keeping coil packs on the valve cover including looks, serviceability, coil choice, clearance for fittings, header design, and more. Whether you choose to run coils or not, this cover is perfect for you. Featuring a top rail mounting design, if you do not wish to run coils, there are no leftover mounting bosses or holes that are unsightly or in plain view. If you decide to run coil packs, every LS coil made as well as aftermarket coils such as Smart Coils (IGN1A), CDI can be used. We thought of everything. To add the brackets, you simply choose the bracket options in the listing or add ala carte at a later time.
Every coil bracket is adjustable and clears not only the breather fittings, but also allows for a large billet oil cap. Finally valve cover hardware to remove valve cover is accessible and usable with coils on the car.
Additionally, coil packs have been checked and will clear intakes, fuel rails, and even wide hanging superchargers.
Breathers
At Motion Raceworks we understand PCV and crank case pressure is unavoidable. We also believe that filling catch cans up with oil due to poor breather design is not acceptable. This valve cover features a long high flow breather channel which will remove excess crank case pressure, and is serviceable by removing C-Clips. Our cover was machined on the top side to receive one of our custom low profile -12 ORB fittings. This means you can adapt to 10AN or 12AN.
Note: Custom fittings were designed and made to allow for packaging and clearance of internal baffling, standard -12ORB fittings will not work. Fittings Included, but also sold separately.

So glad I decided to pull the trigger on these.. The valve covers looks so clean on my Whipple charged LSX engine.
Put these on as soon as I received them, great quality and they don’t leak. They are top grade!
These push out significantly more oil than the stock valve covers, despite product page claiming the opposite. No good for aggressive track use! Additionally, coil mount bracket bolts backed out easily under vibration. They look pretty, but cost an arm and a leg to perform worse than stock.
I don’t know what is better the parts or the customer service!

These are just candy to me. Quality, finish, and design are just perfect. Even the baffles are held in with snap rings so you could service and clean when needed. Everything you need is in the box to get you going. I'm even contemplating relocating my coil packs just to show these puppies off. The logo size and placement has taste and not all over the covers and is a plus to me (I like discreet placement small in corners makes it more professional finishing touch).

Everything fits together great. Had to modify the alternator bracket to get the drivers side to fit but otherwise it's perfect. The baffling inside the valve covers look really good too.

Fantastic fit and finish. The only issue I had was one of the bolts provided was about 5mm longer than the other 7 so it bottomed out in the head before getting fully tight.

These valve covers are extremely nice! Finish and quality of everything is perfect. The smart coil brackets are great. I reversed covers so the oil fill was in the back on the drivers side so I could keep the -10 vents up front. I didn’t want to route AN hose over the coils packs or have them beside the blower. Very happy with these.

First of all these are good looking valve covers. Put them on the car Friday and did an auto cross Sunday. Catch can filled up in 5 runs. The stock valve cover did not fill up as fast. Called there tech he gave me no help. He said auto cross and road racing there to much oil sloshing around the top of the heads. That’s what I thought the baffling was for. Said I could not return once on the car. They do not perform as advertised.

I love them only issue I have with them is your not able to torque them down which is a little concerning to me being all the vibrations
