Motion Raceworks TWIN Wastegate Turbocharged CO2 Kit
The Motion Raceworks Twin Wastegate CO2 Kit takes the guess work out of fittings. This all inclusive kit comes with top quality fittings, regulator, line, and bottle to plumb any Boost Controller system on the market.
There are enough fittings in this kit to plumb the following:
- CO2 Bottle
- Solenoids
- Wastegate Intake
The CO2 regulator is adjustable for nearly every setup (the boost controller regulates pressure down from there). Our nickel plated fittings are 1/8 NPT which work with nearly every brand wastegate, blow off valve, and solenoid on the market. This is a very standard fitting size across brands such as Tial, JGS, Precision, Turbosmart, Procharger, and many others.
This kit includes:
- (8) 90° Nickel Plated Push To Connect 1/8" NPT Fittings
- (3) Straight Nickel Plated Push to Connect 1/8" NPT Fittings
- (2) Nickel Plated Push to Connect T Fittings
- (1) Sensor T (Male, Female, Female) 1/8" NPT for Dome Pressure Sensor on Wastegate
- (1) 2.5 lb. Aluminum CO2 Bottle
- (1) Adjustable Regulator with Bottle and Line Pressure Gauges
- (20 ft.) Black Push To Connect Line
Recommended Plumbing for CO2 Wastegate Control:
For twin wastegates, simply T the line going to the top of the wastegate and run to second wastegate. Also, T the line going to the bottom of the wastegate and run to bottom of second wastegate.

Nice set up to control the boost specially in the take off...
When I finished installing this kit I felt like I had transformed my Viper into a chariot which will transport me directly to Valhalla.
Great kit when paired with a dominator and holley high flow fill/vent solenoid. My only suggestions for improving this product is to: 1) Include plastic protective sheathing to go around the line to protect it from chaffing under the carpet 2) Make sure to notify customers in big bold letters to mount this vertically to avoid CO2 liquid going into your lines. 3) Include bracket options sort of like the ones I ordered off amazon so we can achieve those weird mounting angles. 4) Include the firewall pass-thru fitting by default. I had to spend another $20 for it ($10 for fitting and $10 to ship) Otherwise this is a great product. Filled up the CO2 bottle at a local airsoft gun shop for about $10. It's 2.5lbs of co2 stored as a liquid.
Great product and packaging. Only thing I would add would be, that the 1/8th in fittings do not fit on a precision 38mm wastegate, you need 1/16, which I had to source on line.
Needed some parts, wasn't sure what I needed. Emailed on a weekend, got a phone call immediately Monday morning. Had my kit and parts within couple days! Thanks guys ill let ya know how the dyno goes!

Love the kit and all the fittings it comes with. Just my two cents though, at this price a small mom ting bracket without adding an extra $50 or so would be nice. Other then that can’t wait to put it to use
Called customer service and told them I need a complete CO2 kit to control my waist gates. They were personable and professional and got me a complete kit and I know have the CO2 kit completely installed. Side note, Motion’s “tech tip Tuesday’s” on YouTube are a huge help as well.

Hey folks. Kit is great, but I missed the fact that it didn't contain solenoids or the bottle brackets. So, the photos are a bit confusing. At any rate, I had to order those separately after I realized my mistake. One comment would be that "Y" push lock fittings would be a better choice than the "T" fittings for those of us who have a single turbo with two waste gates that are close together.

Awesome kit. Worked great, only suggestion is maybe also put a shorter bolt into the kit to use the dual mac valves with the leash solenoids. They mount from the bottom, and require shorter, m5 screws. i think quite a few customers who use this kit, are using a leash setup also!

The quality of the kit was great! My only issue was the amount of hose the kit came with was not enough for my set up. I have a 2016 Hellcat Challenger with a Hellion low mount twin turbo kit. I ended up ordering an additional 20' of hose to complete the setup.
