Overall length of dzus rails is 34"
Our Motion Raceworks Dzus Hood Rails make installing a non bolt on composite hood as easy as it gets on any 1994-04 S10 S10/Sonoma/Blazer. Made from CNC laser cut and formed lightweight 5052 aluminum they are intended to rivet on to the inner fender flange on a stock or aftermarket fender. Standard with slotted holes separate of the rivet holes, this allows for easy adjustment up and down for precise fitment of your hood height. Then simply rivet all of the remaining rivet points down to the fender.
Please specify hood thickness in the drop downs prior to ordering to receive the correct dzus fastener package for your hood.

- (10) 7/16" Dzus Fasteners (.550 Length)
- (10) Springs
- (40) Rivets
Note: Hoods do not have to be exact as you can adjust spring slightly larger or smaller to accommodate.

They dzus rails for the s10 were perfect. You can throw the hood on blindfolded and every 1/4 turn goes in perfectly. Watch the video on YouTube they put out and do what they show you. Take you time and you will not be disappointed!

Product is awesome and video of installation helpful. My only frustration was I made a mistake on getting the correct thickness. I would suggest not having the desired thickness populate to the .083. Leave it blank and make customer chose one of your choices. My items were almost here before I realized that there were different thickness'.

Fit is a little off as it does not follow the curvature of the fenders/hood but was manageable with a little persuasion.
