Rife understands the importance of an accurate, durable, and fast acting sensor that you can count on with your EFI system. A sensor that is slow to react may cause damage to your engine or tune by delivering incorrect information based off of time and conditions which will not allow the ECU to operate its safeties or tune parameters correctly. While most aftermarket EFI sensors are re-labeled sensors from 80s and 90s factory technology when processing rates were slow and the sensors were less important. RIFE sensors are redesigned from the ground up using in house made bodies and state of the art sensor technology that you and your project can count on!

I got this to monitor the temperature sensor in my transmission pan. My only concern is that it might not get a good reading because the sensor doesn't stick out into the pan very far. I think this is more developed for inline monitoring of temperatures.

Works well. Took me awhile to remember it needs to use a Sensor Ground in the Holley Dominator wiring.

Make sure it’s compatible with all Holley sniper kits before stating in works and easy to change in the software. Sniper software has fixed CTS setting.

Broke mine off flush when installing it into my LS oil cooler adapter. It’s not typical, as I’ve dealt with these sensors before. What’s a little frustrating is not finding info on how tight to install them. I know they’re aluminum, so I wanted to double check the owners manual for torque recommendations to be on the safe side. But no info anywhere I could find. I read the disclaimer regarding the electronics not BEING 100% made in the USA, so I can’t say I wasn’t properly warned at least.

Had issues trying to use an autometer temp sensor with the Holley terminator x - the noise was terrible. I suspected it was either wiring or the sensor and decided to give the rife sensor shot. Long story short - the rife sensor works perfectly with nominal noise and resolution issues.
