The All New Fluidworks Mechanical fuel pumps are the result of years of development and innovation to create a fuel pump that is up to the test and outperforms. These pumps underwent exhaustive testing on our flow benches to outperform as well as for durability testing when developing coating and wear characteristics.

Fluidworks fuel pumps utilize a very durable spur gear design to create consistent flow and pressure throughout the life of the pump. These pumps are designed from scratch with an optimized inlet and outlet that smooths flow and reduces cavitation across the flow range to reduce flow disturbance and bubbles that can be created with traditional pumps with sharp corners and without smooth radius transitions. These pumps also utilize a unique coating which resists flaking and wearing that can degrade pump performance over time.

Additionally, the Fluidworks pump was designed around maximizing clearance which allows for tighter packaging and lighter weight consideration. 

CNC machined and blended smooth flow Inlets and outlets are standard and are configurable when purchasing and also replaceable at anytime with a similar bolt pattern on either side. This allows you easily reconfigure the pump from standard rotation to reverse rotation by simply switching the inlet/outlets.
