I’m building a 2006 Mazda B2300 truck with an 8.71 blown Dart SBC and TH400 w/brake and Quick Performance 9” rear. I initially had a Hurst Quarter Stick shifter, but hated having to shift down. I noticed the forward shift M&M type shifters in the No Prep, and saw that you guys build one, so I had to have one! Thanks for a totally awesome shifter!

Amazing shifter works great
Super easy install, very nice looking piece. Waited a while for them to release the push to shift NON clean neutral. Bought it as soon as it was posted. Now I can have consistent shifting every pass. Bonus not having to hold transbrake button to backup will have me thinking I’m in my daily. Gotta get the add on grips now for style points.

Feels just as smooth hooked to the trans as it did out of the box not hooked to anything will never buy any other shifter but this for anything I own plan to make a purchase for one for my move in the near future only dislike I have is for the money I spent on this shifter I didn’t even get a shirt or at the very least stickers with my shifter to display on the truck. Highly recommended otherwise
I have yet to be able to actually use it as my truck is still in the building process. I did get it physically mounted and the cable hooked up. Initially I was having issues manually shifting it first to second was great but it was sticking against the 2nd gear stop making it unable to be shifted to third. I ended up loosening the jam nut on the end of the shift cable inside the shifter and it fixed the problem. It seems to work fine manually now. Just not sure how I feel about leaving the jam nut backed off. Im waiting on parts to finish getting the CO2 connected. So that has not been tried yet. But this is like the 2nd or 3rd email asking how I like it. I will say the shifter seems like it’s built with decent materials. The cable seems like it’s a good heavy duty cable. I do think the optional MAC valve bracket should be included with any shifter purchased with the CO2 option. Sort of seems like making that a separate add on is a stretch considering the price of these shifters. Overall though if the CO2 works properly this is probably worth the price in today’s market.
