This is my second time Ive purchased merch from them. First time went great. My item arrived on time and was amazing. This time I ordered with the exact same account as last time and my item was shipped here and the post office would not deliver it they said no such address, so it was returned to sender. in the mean time I messaged motion not once but twice to confirm that the address was correct and I was reassured everything was ok and they would get intouch with my to verify when it was returned. no call. my item was resent out without any changes and you know what that means. no such address again and returned to sender. so i called, emailed and messaged them to correct the problem and I was once again told its the post office problem and next time we will send it using a different carrier. a MONTH later my item was returned to motion and instead of fixing it and sending it to me they decided to cancel and refund my order. I love their merch and their products but this is not right. I was blown off because someone did not want to do their job. Thats not the way to run a business. I guess Ill stick with Cleetus Merch instead. Thanks anyway.
